SHIPPING

Our preferred methods of shipment are United Parcel Service, Inc (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). There is a standard non-refundable fee. Special considerations are required for Hawaii and Alaska orders as well as orders to be shipped outside the United State and Canada.

SALES TAX

6% sales tax applies for Pennsylvania residents only. No sales tax will be calculated for orders placed outside the state of Pennsylvania.

DELAYS IN SHIPPING

Please provide an accurate and most current address when you place your order. If UPS charges the $5.00 fee for an address correction, we will have to pass this charge on to you. We also need to have your correct credit card information to promptly process your order. Orders paid by personal check will not be shipped until your personal check has cleared the bank which could take up to 10 days.

WILL CALL

You may pick up your order for free. Orders placed via the telephone, fax, or mail, are also available for pick up at Crystal Cave during normal business hours. Items will be available for pick up after your order has been confirmed. Please provide proper identification, a copy of your order form, and proof of payment. We will have your order ready for you to pick up at our main Gift Shop.
